Located in the historic centre of Cadiz, you will enjoy the main cultural and gastronomic attractions of the city: Torre Tavira, the central food market, the fried food restaurant Las Flores,... are just some of the places where you will enjoy the most during your trip and which are just a few steps away from the flat.



The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV, wardrobes and air conditioning. In addition, the flat has two comfortable and modern bathrooms with shower and a spacious living room with double sofa-bed, TV and air conditioning as well as a beautiful and spacious kitchen-dining room fully equipped with fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, juicer, sandwich maker, coffee maker and all the essential kitchen utensils and crockery so that you will not lack anything during your stay.



Don't worry about sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made and you will find the linen for the sofa-bed when you arrive (if you let us know we can leave it ready for you). In the flat you will also find iron for clothes, cot and cot linen (if you let us know in advance) and hoover.

This property is in a very good location in the old town.As always we had a lovely holiday in lovely Cadiz. The girls in Cadiz 4Rentals were very helpful and very communicative. This is a wonderful apartment with excellent facilities. It is right in the heart of the old town and so no more than 20 minutes walk to everything. The host was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to any queries. We enjoyed our time sitting outside on the roof terrace too. When back in Cadiz we will definitely use cadiz4rentals again, and book Tacita if available

Perfect location and apartment

Apartment for extremely clean and tidy. love the old building but modern inside with great kitchen and bathrooms. Beds extremely comfortable. the location is superb for big and small carrefour and of course the main market. First time in Cadiz and Spain but will definitely be back as food is superb and very affordable. Staff at Cadiz4Rentals could not have been nicer or more helpful. One surprise was the trains. be sure to book well in advance even before you arrive as train back to the airport fully booked weeks in advance so had to spend 70 euros on a taxi. cant wait to come back to Cadiz

La atención del personal tanto durante el proceso de reserva como durante la estancia ha sido perfecta. El apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado y tenía todo lo necesario Aumentar el mobiliario del salón con al menos 1 sofá/butaca más ya que no hay suficientes asientos para 4 personas (sólo hay 1 sofá de 3 plazas), así como 1 mesita baja en el centro para poder poner bebida o comida en el salón. La mecedora es muy bonita pero muy poco estable.

Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung ok. Man sollte sich aber bewusst sein, dass die Terasse eine Community Tsrasse ist und nicht nur zu der Wohnung gehört.Außerdem hat das 2. nur ein fenster in den Wohnungsflur und nicht nach draußen, Privatsphäre ist also eingeschränkt

Spacious apartment in great central but quiet lication

The apartment was spacious, with two lovely modern walk-in shower rooms with rain head showers. Plentiful hot water and large comfortable beds. We enjoyed the private roof terrace and there was also a communal area on the roof for drying clothes. The apartment was spotless . We had an initial hitch with the electronic door lock, which was sorted out immediately with a quick phone call to the office. The apartment has physical keys as well, which we preferred to use. Cadiz isn’t big but this apartment in the centre meant it was just a short stroll to anywhere. Highly recommended.
