Wonderful Stay!
Our family had a fantastic 3 week stay at Oceano Family Home! The apartment was perfect. Very large, clean, well equipped and the best ocean and sunset view ever! The location could not be beat. Caleta beach is 2 minutes away as is a grocery store and it's right at the entrance to the old town where we spent most of our time. Having parking included was a huge bonus. The staff at Cadiz4rentals is amazing. Very communicative and helpful. Check in and out was seemless. This is our second time booking with them and we look forward to our next booking at one of their amazing properties.

Perfect ocean view vacation!
We really enjoyed our stay at this Cadiz ocean view apartment. We arrived just in time to see the beautiful sunset from the private balcony overlooking the sea. The Castillo Santa Catalina is just next door to the apartment, which was very beautiful at night all aglow with lights. The apartment is in easy walking distance along the sea to shops, restaurants, plazas and Cadiz Catedral. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed; including free parking. We enjoyed a quaint cafe, "Quilla", just a short walking distance from the apartment for food and drinks at the seaside! We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Im Prinzip funktionell und ausreichend eingerichtet bzw. ausgestattet, besonders der Balkon in Richtung Westen mit Blick auf Atlantik und Sonnenuntergang ist ein groĂes Plus, die groĂe und ausreichend ausgestattete KĂŒche ist auch fĂŒr tĂ€gliches Kochen geeignet, 4 Schlafzimmer wĂŒrden eigentlich 8 Personen Platz bieten, die restlichen Möbel (Tisch, StĂŒhle, Balkonmöbel) sind nur fĂŒr 4 vorhanden. Der auf abgeschlossenem GelĂ€nde befindliche eigene Parkplatz ist ausreichend groĂ und wegen knapper ParkflĂ€chen in der Umgebung sehr komfortabel.
Etwas verbesserungswĂŒrdig ist der Allgemeinzustand besonders der Duschen und mancher schon etwas abwohnten Möbel sowie die GrĂŒndlichkeit der Endreinigung.
Wir können die Wohnung insgesamt empfehlen.
