The Flor de LIZ flat, located in the heart of the old town of Cadiz, is the perfect option to enjoy the vitality of the historic centre of our city without giving up the opportunity to have quality accommodation nearby.



It has one bedroom with a double bed but can accommodate up to 3 people thanks to the double sofa-bed in the living room.

The flat is 50 m² and is very cosy. It is also fully equipped with hairdryer, iron, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave, washing machine, juicer, crockery and all the kitchen utensils that will allow you to enjoy our beautiful city without depending on anything or anyone, going completely at your own pace and in your own way.

It also has Wifi, heat pump heating, air conditioning, television and access to a private terrace located on the roof of the building.



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Junta de Andalucía Decree 28/2016 on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

Tolle Lage, mitten in der Altstadt!

In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Allerdings hatte der Fernseher zwei Tage vor Urlaubsende keinen richtigen Empfang mehr, konnte keine Nachrichten mehr sehen/hören. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut. Konnte mein Gepäck bei Ankunft früh morgens dort abstellen bis amNachmittag die Wohnung frei war.
