In a quiet and wooded residence, a few steps from the beach, this beautiful 2-room apartment with a capacity of 4 people, with an area of approximately 32m² with a large corner balcony facing South / West.
The apartment includes: a living room / lounge (with a 160x200 sofa bed, a flat screen TV) opening onto a South / West facing balcony, a fitted kitchen (with a washing machine, 4 hotplates, a microwave and a refrigerator), a bedroom (with 2 bunk beds 140x190 and a sofa bed 140x190), a bathroom (bathtub and vanity unit) and separate toilets.
Parking is free in front of the residence, a private parking space.
Pets are not allowed in this rental.

Appartement pas très propre assez vieillot bq d'objets comme la vaisselle et la table de balcon usagées et mm rouillée pas assez de chaises pour le balcon . Appartement pas très bien indiqué . Ainsi qie l'immeuble.. La gaziniere rouillée..
