Enjoy this wonderful luxury Villa with private heated pool, home gym (stationary bike + dumbbells + jump rope + yoga mat). High Speed internet across the house to work or enjoy Netflix in the Smart Tvs across the house. It is located in the exclusive Cabo Del Mar Residential area (5 min from downtown by car) and has controlled access and 24/7 security. There is also a large pool with children's games for common use. If you are looking for a good location, modern villa with great space and secure neighborhood, this is for you. Note: Please consider there is construction near the house from 9 am to 6 pm on Monday-Friday and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm.
