Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The worst experience I’ve ever had with a booking. First, the property manager never shared details for checking in. We had to go to the property to find out, where only a child spoke English. The property also wasn’t ready, and we were told to return after4 pm. Place was dirty. No additional toilet paper or paper towels. No plates for food. Discovered bed bug bites on me & my friend the last day of the stay. This is a huge problem…taking precautions, but they could still infest my home now because of this negligence. Also, we’re currently suffering with itchy, uncomfortable bites all over our extremities. This. Is. Unacceptable. Both for the property & Expedia for listing it.
