The semi-detached house is located in the North Sea resort of Tossens, directly on the beautiful Butjadingen peninsula and on the unique UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Wadden Sea. Surrounded by nature, the holiday home village invites you to enjoy a holiday with the whole family.
Your house extends over two floors. On the ground floor there is an open, cosy living area with adjoining garden terrace and a modern fitted kitchen, which invites you to linger thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. On cold days, you can cosy up in front of the built-in fireplace. Next to the living area is a bright bathroom with shower cubicle and infrared sauna.
A curved staircase leads from the ground floor to the upper floor of the semi-detached house, where two spacious bedrooms await you. Here you can enjoy the beautiful North Sea air from a wrap-around balcony, which is accessible from both bedrooms. High-quality furniture and a successful room layout make this holiday home a dream holiday home.
The Butjadingen peninsula is characterised by its direct yet sheltered location on the Inner Jade. A variety of excursion destinations, such as the historic Hanseatic city of Bremen or the harbour city of Bremerhaven, offer you culture and sights. Ok, könnte sauberer sein
Check in und out hat gut geklappt. Ansprechpartner war gut zu erreichen.Es hätte sauberer sein können. Die Scheiben wurden im oberen Bereich nicht fertig geputzt. Und in den Schränken könnte man auch sauber machen. Generell etwas gründlicher reinigen. Die Umgebung bietet einige Restaurants und auch Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder.

Schöne neue Feriensiedlung
Die Ferienwohnungen sind sehr schön und gemütlich. Wir waren im September da, die genannten Bauarbeiten waren zu diesem Zeitpunkt imfangreicher als beschrieben, haben uns persönlich aber nicht sehr gestört, da wir eh den größten Teil des Tages unterwegs gewesen sind.
