It was a nice stay. I don’t think you can get anything better for the price. Yes it’s older, yes there is a little bit of rust and marks on the walls, but other than that, it was perfect. About 2 minutes from a metro station with two lines. Close to a bunch of convenience store. I was on the third floor and I recommend you to ask to be on the third floor as there is a bar on top of the fourth floor. Would stay here again !

Enjoyable stay with lovely staff (and dog :)). Breakfast was included. Location was great and it was clean. If I had to give negatives: the bed was quite hard; and the street noise was a little noisy especially on a Saturday night. But it’s excellent value!

Not my best stay

The room was quite dirty, with dust under the bed and some mold in the bathroom. Also, the drain was stuck so there was a lot of water which was not evacuating. All of it made my stay really uncomfortable. The window was directly on another building façade, and there was a lot of noise coming from it, such as vent noises and also we could hear the karaoke room multiple nights until very late. but the bedding was nice and there was breakfast. Also, the host was nice but so I really hope that most of these can be improved.

The worst experience with hotels.com

The place is nothing like the pictures in-person. It's very run down, stains, wear and tear everywhere - from the walls to the linens. Stale air. We were so disgusted that we decided to leave upon seeing the room.

Very spacious for a single room as compared to guesthouses in Seoul. Accessible to Seomyeon station and lots of food around. As my room is next to the pantry, it's pretty noisy early in the morning and at night. It would be great if staff/other guests can be more considerate and talk softly. It's pretty annoying when you're trying to catch some rest to catch an early bus the next day but unable to do so due to the noise.

Once I got over the surprise of the property being in the same building as two girly bars all was well. It's a simple place, clean, friendly and not actually noisy considering the neighborhood. Excellent location for access to metro and night life. Breakfast was just eggs toast and cereal that you make yourself. It was fine for a few nights stay. The towels are oddly small, bed was comfy, bathroom was fine.
