Good location, very near to the train station. Great and friendly staffs. The LG styler is very useful during the winter to sanitise the coats especially after eating Korean BBQ.

First off they stare the fairs showed on hotel.com is not their price and then they made additional charges. The breakfast was horrible. Also, on breakfast when you ask for an additional cup of coffee they charged you for it. The room maintained 79 degrees with the window open.

The shower head was approximately 5 feet high, at its highest point. No grown adult could stand under to get the body wet. The room was set at 23 degrees with no way to change it to a cooler temperature. I and my wife was unable to sleep good because of the heat. If you opened the window you was getting no sleep due to the train station being beside the hotel. Skip breakfast if you want something good and if you do eat breakfast be prepared to pay for coffee after the first cup. One morning was enough for me. Not all negative the rooftop bar was ok and staff up there was wonderful. The front desk had a very confrontational man working it and blamed other staff for the mistakes on my bill. I received an email from the hotel saying bill was paid in full don’t worry about paying. Look just like this: Hello, This is Hound Hotel Busan Station. Since your room charge has been paid correctly at the hotel, there is no additional amount to pay when you check in. Our check in time is after 3:00 pm. See you on the check in time Thank you. Buy the gentleman assured me that a staff member did it by accident and I needed to pay an additional 68 dollars. I asked the guy why my bill was paid prior to me getting there since I selected I would pay at the hotel. He stated that because no many people was no showing they was charging us a deposit prior to us arriving. Probably need to check the fine print on that one but hey what the heck. I will not be staying there again due to this conflict

Large, well appointed room. Clean and everything works. The lobby looks small but don't let that fool you. Be sure to go up to the roof top pool, especially at night. It's a great view of the city! Very well maintained property!

Very nice staff. I was upgraded by very nice workers for the night shift. The style of the hotel was very modernistic and comfortable to say the least. The a/c full blast facing the bed and very interesting combination of shower with tub. The shower how no floor divider per se, all-in-one which is very nice experience. Handicap friendly I would say. The room was nice and big enough to lay out my luggages’ flat and open. Breakfast was different. Very good coffee. Very nice options. The front desk was kind enough to recommend Korean breakfast for me to try, and glad I did! Very delicious, and I wish I could have stomached it all. Each bit had such amazing flavor and felt comfortable for my stomach. The hotel as nice and toasty for the cold weather hitting Busan during my stay. Mid-November is very “fresh” in Busan. Be prepared with a warm coat/jacket. Think Canada or NYC cold.

Breakfast was really good especially for that price. The staff were so patient, nice and helpful. We were tired after a long day and when asking front desk to help us order food delivery, he was super patient and helpful with suggestions and ideas. I loved their laundry machines especially the dryer! It will sense that the clothes are not dry and will add extra time on its own. I do have a suggestion. I had room 502 (I think) and it was just short on counter space. I just wish they had a ledge right below the TV so there can be more counter space to use.

Stayed 4 nights in deluxe double. Clean and modern. Odd shape with a lot of wasted space which meant it felt smaller than its advertised size. Restaurant was more of a cafe and adjoined the small pool on the top floor. Smelt greasy. Menu was limited and food didnt appear to be freshly prepared. Location of hotel very convenient for getting around being so close to all main transport hubs. Important as Busan is so large and sighta are spread across a large area. There are also a fair selection of cafes and restaurants close by.

Great location and nice view from the terrace room. Only one washer and dryer for the whole hotel, so nearly impossible to use.

AC sounded like a tractor with the air blowing directly on you, couldn’t be changed. Our room had a terrace which harboured mosquitoes, so if you turned the AC off and opened the door, they came in. There was also a rainwater pipe boxed off in the middle of the room so if it rained, which it did, it was incredibly noisy.

We choose this place as it was close to Busan's main train station so the location was great for coming and going from the city itself. The room was nice and has a clothing steamer so you can go out looking fresh. The breakfast was good but was not set up when i went down 30 min after it was suppised to have opened.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la estación de Busan. La habitación muy cómoda y el personal muy amable.

Highly recommend

Amazing stay here. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and kind. The room was immaculate and large. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. The pool and view is beautiful. And not very far from the train station for travel and the main point for tours. Would highly recommend
