Property was well-located in Haeundae, a short walk to food and the beach. The hotel has good amenities, laundry machines for guests and very modern rooms. Only small complaints would be some slight wear and tear in the room (paint chips, scratched walls) that need just a bit of love. Nice stay overall.

If I could, I would not book this place. Towards the end of our stay, hubby says that there is mold and they covered it with paint. The area that the mold was right by the air cond that we had running all day and night. The hotel is a little out of the way but not that far. pretty much any where we wanted to go would be to the train station about 15 mins walking. there are quite a lot of good restaurants within the area. the robot coffee machine was not working for most of our stay. the washer and dryer was in the dark basement. it was free to use but does not wash well and the dryer took forever to dry if it even dried our clothes. We go the Queen triple which would be 1 bedroom (1 bed) then 2 beds in the living room with no room to walk. we hab to use the bed room as our luggage room. to spread out our clothes. It's pretty cramped for 4 adults.

The rooms were very dirty even after room-service cleaning and basic necessities were not provided at the hotel (utensils, and enough for all guests, etc) - staff members told us to go to go buy utensils at a nearby store, despite the fact that they provided us utensils earlier the same day. The hotel is located near Haeundae beach, however, there is not much to do directly near the hotel; everything is at-least a 15-20 minute taxi ride away. Would not recommend if you’d like a clean hotel with good customer service.

This was simply the best hotel we stayed at in our entire trip to South Korea. It was a block or so from the beach, extremely clean, and has many nice features, such as the access to movie channels for free, free washers and dryers, and free little necessities, such as toothbrush, washcloth, facial cleanser, and lotions. The only issue was that the dryer took two hours to dry our clothes (the timers on the dryer were wildly inaccurate, making us think it would only take 35 minutes to dry). The room lacked air conditioning, but it had air filters and windows. The staff was very accommodating, giving us a free late checkout and held our luggage for 8 hours after we checked out, which allowed us the romp and play on the Busan beach and eat like kings at a local rib restaurant.

The Van hotel was very accommodating for our needs. They onsite laundry was conviennent and the coffee robot was very fun. There were no dining options at the hotel which was a bit disappointing but it was close to the beach which was lovely.
