Die Wohnung war in einem guten Zustand, die Treppe zu den Schlafräumen ist nicht für Menschen mit Bewegungsbeeinträchtigungen geeignet. Es ist wunderbar ruhig, ein blickdichter Garten, kurzer Weg zum Strand, fußläufig, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Verwaltung ist absolut kooperativ.
