The house is old, which is perfectly fine, however it was dirty, unkept, and outdated for the cost! We paid almost 3k for 4 nights. some outlets did not work, none of the dock outlets worked so we had to blow up large inflatables at the house and carry them down a long trail of wooden steps, my husband ended up stepping wrong because he couldn't properly see and twisted his ankle. I emailed to ask about the outlets and was told the storm tripped them but no one was coming to fix it and to use the house. The upstairs was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Every mattress in the home NEEDS to be replaced (very uncomfortable, smelly, and worn out). The place has an ant problem - they were everywhere in the house and all over the deck. large sticks and branches were all over the driveway and outside areas, we had to clear the driveway of large debris to drive our cars down. this house is advertised with 2 showers, but there is only one - the master only has a tub. Very disappointed that we paid this much money for this stay.
