Large guest bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds. Full laundry room to use as needed. Central air and heat. Two blocks from the river.

Overall nice place to stay

Needs an little maintenance on heat registers. Should inform renters about the height of the beds. We are elderly and couldn't jump up that high without a stool.
