Comfortable and clean condo in private, gated community with marina, pool and river views. Our condo is on the third floor (nice and quiet, with no one above) and has everything you’ll need for a relaxing, river vacation.

Our condo has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, garage parking and convenient access to overflow parking that will accommodate your boat or PWC trailer. This pad will comfortably sleep 6, but please leave your furry family members at home.
Community amenities include pool/spa, clubhouse and private dock. Laughlin is a quick drive away and your group will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home.

Please note that this complex is very family friendly and enforces a noise policy between the hours of 10PM-6AM. Please no parties or group events.

We love traveling nurses and snowbirds! Please ask about special, long-term rental rates!
