Quiet charming apartment overlooks the vineyards!

The 2 bedroom apartment with a spacious separate bedroom and combined living / dining room with a kitchenette, and a small shower room is perfect for the stay of couples and young families. The decor is modern and new. You have a separate apartment entrance and a separate unit on the ground floor of the house, so you are undisturbed. Your patio is beautiful waxed and ideally suited for the glass of wine in the evening or breakfast in the morning.
The location offers a great view of the vineyards, greenery, nature and tranquility so you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest. The lawn and the garden around the house is of course, if required, is available. If you lack anything, please contact me.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, a kitchen island, and a dining table.

Die Wohnung war gemütlich und sehr sauber. Besonders schön ist der kleine Terrassenbereich (zur Straße hin, aber mit Sichtschutz und Blick auf die Weinberge).Falls man nicht mit dem Auto anreist, sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, da es vom Bahnhof aus für knapp 1km nur aufwärts geht. Bei unserer Anreise stellte uns die Vermieterin aber zum Glück ein Shuttle zur Verfügung, was mit dem Gepäck sehr hilfreich war. Vielen Dank!Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Das WLAN hätte für unser Empfinden gerne etwas schneller sein dürfen, dies ändert aber nichts am positiven Gesamteindruck.

Schöne Wohnung jedoch leider Mini Bad

Es war eine schöne, und in den heißen Sommertagen sehr angenehme, kühle Wohnung. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige große Manko an dieser Wohnung war für uns das kleine Bad. Durch den extrem hohen Duscheinstieg (ca. 45 cm) hatte eine große Person (ab 1.75 m) Schwierigkeiten nicht mit dem Kopf an die Decke anzustoßen. Gleichzeitig befand sich in diesem Raum die Toilette in einer kleinen Nische, Enge war somit vorprogramiert..... Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen, jedoch sehr hohen Ortslage, und ist somit als Ausgangspunkt für Radfahrer nicht geeignet.

Ideale Lage für Mittelmosel

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Fewo: liegt sehr ruhig, man schläft wirklich sehr gut, ist perfekt eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht, modern, unkompliziert, sehr sauber. Schöne Natur, sehr gut zum Wandern und Entspannen
