Villa Morena is located in the quiet Istrian village of Kaštel, near Buje, Umag, and the well-known pebble beach of Kanegra. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a sofa that can accommodate up to two children, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find another bedroom and a second bathroom.In Kaštel, guests can enjoy traditional Istrian cuisine in local restaurants and taverns, while a grocery store is just 2 km away. Guests of Villa Morena have free access to the Kanegra tourist resort beach.Kaštel is a small Istrian village on the border with Italy and Slovenia, known for its peaceful atmosphere, vineyards, and olive groves. Nearby towns like Buje, Grožnjan, and Umag offer rich gastronomic and cultural experiences, as well as opportunities for active holidays – cycling, walking, and wine route tours. Kanegra, one of the most beautiful beaches on the western coast of Istria, is only a few minutes’ drive away – ideal for enjoying the sea and the sun.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.
