Irresistible villa with large pool, billiards, darts
Luxurious villa is located in the village Kaštel near Umag. The villa is just a few minutes away from the beaches and good restaurants. This villa is beautifully furnished with the best equipment and is spread over three floors. In the basement of the villa there is an entertainment room, table soccer and darts, a separate toilet and an additional kitchen with fireplace to relax. On the first floor of the villa is a spacious living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, separate toilet and two double bedrooms with private bathrooms. The first floor also leads to the large terrace with outdoor pool, barbecue and garden furniture. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms with bathroom and a balcony overlooking the nature, where you can enjoy the hot summer on hanging sunbeds. The whole villa is air-conditioned and has satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a safe. There are four parking spaces in front of the villa.
