The interior of the house was clean and neat! Unfortunately, the grass was almost up to our knees and should have been cut weeks ago. The front porch & walkway area had debris that should have been swept. The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of pots, pans, and many utensils which was great!! Unfortunately we could not regulate the AC. The thermostat upstairs would light up but we could not change anything. The thermostat on the main floor didn't even light up:(. I contacted the host but it took 24 hours for them to call me. The house is on the lake and even though the water level can't be controlled, it would have been nice to know before we arrived, that there was no water in the cove this house is located. This is in a very convenient location to Lake Lanier Islands where my company was holding an event. If these items are corrected, I would definitely stay here again!

Family of 6 with two kids. We enjoyed the house and had a relaxing weekend. House is clean with a lot of space. Quiet neighborhood and we saw a lot of deer in the front and back yard, which was a nice experience for the kids. Bottom floor with pool table is nice area to hang out. 5-10 min drive to nice restaurants. Great location. Water was low in the lake in backyard dock area. so we didn’t get to enjoy outside area. Overall we had a great stay.

We rented the home to spend Christmas with family. We had a great time making cookies in the kitchen and being able to seat everyone in the dining area for breakfast and dinner. Everyone fit in the living room when it was time to open gifts!! The views were really great and we even got to see a family of deer!

Our group was three couples in an established small group. We used the house a the venue form our annual two-day retreat. We particularly enjoyed the nice kitchen for preparing our meals, comfortable large living space for our conversations, and the great deck and outdoor furniture for relaxing. The owner was very responsive and helpful with our questions in advance of our stay. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The home was absolutely perfect for our multi-generational family get together for a birthday. It was clean and accurately described. It was well stocked and we had everything we needed, even a baby crib! We had 4 couples and a single family member so everyone had their own space, even our 2 1/2 year old grandson, who absolutely loved fishing off the dock. He even caught his very 1st fish! The kitchen is well stocked, we cooked at the house one night and also went out to a nearby restaurant. Communication with the owner was easy and always prompt. I’d definitely rent again if we are ever in the area. I would also recommend this lake house for a family gathering.

Amazing Lake House

Loved the layout of this lake house. Plenty of space. Perfect amount of separation between kids and couples. Awesome common areas for us to gather. More than enough bathrooms which prevented arguments.That’s a huge plus. We loved the closeness of the private dock. Kids fished and the easy access to the boat and jet ski made everything care free. It was clean and easy to communicate with the manager. No complaints about this house or our vacation.

The property was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. Access to a dock made it easy to rent a boat and access the lake. Very close to a bunch of different lakefront activities and not too far from the city of Atlanta. Arthur was very responsive and left all the info we could have needed readily available. The property was clean and had all the amenities a larger group would need. I would definitely recommend this for medium/large groups!!

This was a really nice home, and worked out well for us as we are avid boaters. There were 5 couples, and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed the game room and outside areas.There are wonderful marinas and restaurants very close.
