Excellent friendly staff, and a clean quiet hotel. Bathroom was spotless.

Management has bad judgement about what it takes to retain customers. Made a bad situation worse. Lied about their policies or didn't know what they had in writing. Either way we were the losers.

I liked this place. Although it appeared to be somewhat older it has been well taken care of. The decor is much more enjoyable than what you'd get at any of the widely known chain motels. I was very comfortable in my room. The bed and pillows were so nice to sleep on. I really can't complain about anything.

I've stayed here 3 times. Nice suites , great tv and hot tub. Very good rates. The free breakfast is above average. Eggs, bacon and waffles for me. The staff is very nice and helpful. The shower is strong enough to strip an 87 cavalier of its paint. The gym is small but nice. The decor is over the top but that's part of its charm..

I wish I had stayed at the newer Salvatore hotel a mile down but overall it was a pleasing experience in spite of the fact everything looked outdated. I enjoyed the decoration in the lobby and in the breakfast area. A visit of the park for the other Salvatore hotel is really worth it, what the guy did there is amazing, the sculpture commemorating the Battle of the Bulge was quite impressive even if the tank didn't look like an actual WWII German tank :-)

Toilet makes a horrible noise after flashing. Stuff at the reception didn't answer my questions and were dismissive and in rush Stuff at the buffet were loud and annoying Excellent rooms but the carpets are nasty

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Good location for NY Thruway access. Far enough away from airport to be quiet, but still a short ride by shuttle or car.

We were amazed at how beautiful this hotel was inside. Great breakfast in garden like area. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

I am rather ambivalent about this hotel as the room was spacious and clean, but sparsely furnished. It was quiet during the night, but a thump awoke me early in the am--was someone putting the bill under my door. First time I have ever woke up over that!! Then before 7 am a group was in the hall loudly complaining to someone on the phone and I realize that isn't the hotel's fault. The area for complimentary breakfast is charming and the food was adaquate.

We had a great time there, the food was wonderful! The staff were on top of everything and so was the shuttle service!

Room was from the 80s, carpets were stained and disgusting, water pressure was awful, breakfast was nasty- metallic taste in the eggs, mattress was cheap and lost all its shape. So thoroughly disappointed. Shame on you Salvatore's! You have a big name to uphold in Buffalo and you failed this Buffalonian big time!!!

Nice hotel. Would stay here again. Good breakfast. Ample parking.

The hotel was very quiet, hardly any people, probably due to very cold and snowy weather.

Really nice! I highly recommend! The hotel was very comfortable!

Great hotel with excellent services and location. Always try to stay here.

great overnight stay, would recommend this hotel. staff was very helpful and friendly

The room was excellently appointed, with very comfortable beds and a large shower. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well as the hot chocolate and coffee available near the vending machines.

The hotel was great, staff were excellent and complementary breakfast super! Definitely will come back. Great stay.

its OK hotel. very kitschy.. elvis style :) super old fashioned with rooms with windows facing the dining room.

Very pleasant stay. Enjoyed the room stay as well as huge breakfast buffet. The decor and hotel maintenance was awesome.
