This West Utica townhome will take your breath away. Amazing finishes throughout the home such as marble countertops, pine floors, stainless steel appliances and so much more. Generous amounts of sunlight occur throughout the day making for a very cozy stay.

You have the entire BACK UNIT to yourself as shown in the photos with a private entrance with smart locks.

A fourteen-foot-high cathedral ceiling with exposed beams lends a dramatic feel in the second floor. That atmosphere is bolstered by monumental light fixtures and ceiling fans above the rafters. Built-ins, like large double-sided drawers that can be opened from either the bedroom or the bathroom, make for sensible, flexible storage. The master bathroom's large walk-in shower has multiple shower heads. A stone wall adds pleasing visual and textural intrigue.

There is memory foam king bed upstairs that guests rave about. Everyone also gets a towels.

Sometimes a reprieve from sightseeing is needed and you just need to re-watch that Game of Thrones episode. I have an HDTV with a Roku where you can access your accounts on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and HBONow. There is also a table with ample space and fast Internet if you need to get work done.

Traveling with a little one? A pack-n-play, high chair, kids' dishes, and toys are all on hand — just ask.

Visited for Buffalo Garden Walk. Was a fun time. Could walk to many of the gardens. Also many good restaurants within walking distance. Host wa.s very helpful in answering questions and giving suggestions. The property was clean, and well furnished with all we needed for our stay.

Lovely home in a great location

The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the outside sitting areas - the patio, upstairs balcony, and chairs at the entrance. The sunroom was lovely as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. The location was perfect...walking distance to nice restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Elmwood Village

Jon's place is so cute and comfortable. Check in and check out were simple, the home was wonderfully decorated and cozy, the porches were perfect, the bed was comfortable and the location was great to walk to local restaurants and bars. Magazine Worthy.

When we walked in it was breath taking. The updates to the 1890’s house are truly beautiful. Everything we needed was available. The location is perfect. The host was very responsive.
