The Space:
Welcome to our two beautiful lofts located in the new Moreno 550 building, a few minutes from the famous Plaza de Mayo in Buenos Aires. Each unit has capacity for 4 people and has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Each loft is 40 square meters in size and has a bathroom and fully equipped kitchens for you to prepare your meals. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in each loft and air conditioning is available to keep you cool during hot days.

The single beds are adaptable to double beds so you can sleep comfortably. In addition, you can enjoy high-speed internet throughout the building.

During the summer season, you can relax in the building's pool and enjoy the sunny weather of Buenos Aires.

Our building is conveniently located near popular places like San Telmo, Puerto Madero and other places of historical interest, such as Café Tortoni and Casa Rosada, just a 10-minute walk away.

Guest Access:
We have a brand new app called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit by this channel. The deposit is refunded between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the app, you will have a direct contact with your personal host. Deposits vary between USD 50 for studio apartments and 1 bedroom to USD 800 for 8 or more bedrooms. (Deposit payment does not apply to Airbnb guests)

Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
