The hotel itself isn't that impressive, but the rooms are excellent. Plenty of space, huge beds, clean sheets and nice balcony. I did find my room's bathroom very small, but I did see one in another room and it was more spacious. The location is great, it's near a lot of great restaurants and bars, and easy to access different parts of the city. The breakfast is very limited, so I recommend considering eating out in the morning. What I really had a problem with was the wifi - travelling on business one needs it badly and it took forever to load anything, or even to call an uber to go to the office. Overall, the experience was good, though. I would gladly come back.

the neighbourhood’s charming- chic cafes and cold pressed juice balanced out with residential buildings and car washes- and a similar combination of boutique feel + solid coverage of the everyday details (housekeeping, laundry, sightseeing advice) made for a really pleasant stay at this hotel. i’d recommend it to anyone.

The hotels location was ok but all the sidewalks in the area were broken and uneven. There's a lot of dog poo on the sidewalks too!! The hotel was clean & quiet. The air conditioning worked well but the beds were extremely hard. Complimentary breakfast was ok but the coffee had no taste. The biggest plus at the hotel was the guys at the front desk, Jonathan & Nicolas were very helpful & pleasant plus their English was great!! I'd recommend this hotel if you want a budget hotel in a good location. There's a HSBC several blocks from the hotel where you can use your Bank of America ATM card for withdrawing pesos but had to contact BOA(they thought it was fraudulent) after they limited my withdrawal to only 200 pesos ($12 USD).

It's a beautiful, quiet and clean hotel, in the best location imaginable. It's a very nice and safe area, with great restaurants and tons of nightlife that doesn't disturb your peace at all. The staff is just absolutely remarkable and it's was just the next best thing to traveling with your mom. Lol if you're hungry they will make you a sandwich in the middle of the night or keep checking on your friend in another room that had few too many cocktails. They really go above and beyond to help you with anything. We arrived exhausted after a very long trip, but around 12 hours before our check in, and they found a spot to put us to sleep and made us very comfortable! The beds are huge and probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in in my entire life. I didn't know much about Buenos Aires booking my trip, but I can't think of better neighborhood to stay in, and this hotel is totally awesome.

A nice hotel in a great neighbourhood. The breakfast is fine, bed was huge, I mean, really huge Staff is gentle and helpful The street has several restaurants nearby On the corner we ate the best empanadas ever!

I traveled from the USA - Hotel was recommended by local Dealer and it was great. Plenty of restaurants close to the hotel to choose from. Excellent Staff, helpful to arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel and afterward from hotel to airport. Will use next time I'm in Buenos Aires.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Found the Wifi to work great in the lobby, however we had minor issues with the connection from the rooms where it was dropping out. Rooms are huge, so plenty of space for your luggage. Bathroom was small and if you were being picky there could have been more storage space for toiletries. Great area and location. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants all within a few blocks. Breakfast was included which was simple but more than satisfactory. Lots of great places to eat nearby for lunch and dinner - Try 'The Argentine Experience' a couple of doors down, was the highlight of our trip.

We spent two nights at the hotel. The location is perfect, close to the restaurant area in Palermo Hollywood. Plaza Italia and the subway station is in a walking distance of lesa than 10 minutes. The room was fine and clean and the staff was very nice. They helped us with the airline check in online because we were in a hurry for our flight.

I stayed for business, the hotel is ok at best, service is absent minded. No major complaints but just a solid 2.5 stars. I asked for an iron which I never got, when my room was cleaned, no clean towels were provided (and old ones takes qway). The hotel's emergency lighting does not work--lost power for several hours and had to use stairwell with no lighting.

My daughter and I spent a week in this very sweet hotel. We had a balcony where we people watched a little while whilst getting ready to sight see this wonderful City. The room and bathroom were clean. Bedding and sheets cleaned daily. Most importantly the staff were very helpful and courteous. José was an amazing help to us and could not do enough for us. He was an absolute natural at reception and organised our evening out to an Argentinian Tango show with dinner. To top that he gave us a demonstration of the Yerba matė ritual. We had such a lovely stay. Jonatan was also a great help too. Breakfast was a traditional Argentinian buffet and for me that was good. The hotel is in a great location and needless to say we had amazing food in the restaurants there. Notably "Miranda Restaurant" a few blocks away. The steak was incredible and the portions enormous. We soon started sharing the side dishes. We loved this place and the generous, fabulous people. Bus drivers are a let down, I assume that is due to the stresses driving there. Crossing the road at a zebra crossing, is to say the least, a challenge! You soon get into it. The underground and buses are very cheap so it's easy getting to all the beautiful destinations in B.A. Loved it
