Used this hotel with tour group (and a few extra days prior) during Iguazu Patagonia trip. Clean, centrally located but needs new elevators and better breakfast Staff English skills not the best. Price seems fair for what you get.

Clean. Central. Friendly folks. You get what you pay for. I would not go back. Too many other options. Needs a face lift, just like me. We don't need glitz. This works for a short stay. You won't gain weight at the breakfast buffet

We stayed here while traveling with a tour group and thought that the accommodations were very good. We had a "superior room" the first night with a king size bed and had bath robes, all bathroom liquids provided. The room had a balcony, but didn't really have the best view but it was nice to be able to go outside above the streets. The other night we stayed there we had a different room, twin beds but no bath robes provided and only shampoo and conditioner. The beds in both rooms were comfortable, breakfast choices were good, hotel staff friendly. Has a nice bar in lobby area as well.

Start of our south american holiday was three nights at the Amerian. Impressive lobby created good impression but rooms were tired and in need of a hoteliers touch. Air conditioning battled hard, toiletries randomly icnluded, room not made up on one day, and breakfast lacklustre So why three stars - good location, and very welcoming and helpful staff (luciana thank you for sorting out things for us) One additiomal comment - this area livens up during the week and was fairly dead at weekends.

Checked in to hotel. A/C not working. Our room the coolest it would get was 26.1 celcius. Roughly 80 degrees. In room safe would not work. Battery dead. Remote control battery dead. Fridge barely cooler than room temp. Electrical converter would not stay plugged into wall. Requested different room which they did accommodate and we're very nice about it. But A/C still the coolest it would get was 24C. We had stayed at sheraton liberator for first 3 days while in Buenos Aires. Much better hotel and only 4 blocks away.

The hotel was booked through our tour. With that said, the staff was very friendly, helpful and customer oriented. Rooms were clean with medium hardness of beds. If you book the premium room, you will get a larger room with a balcony. Elevators are very quiet, so a room next one is not an inconvenience. The breakfast had multiple choices, a bit more than a typical breakfast buffet.

We stayed here as part of our tour group visiting the city for a couple of days. The staff was always helpful to us and there was a decent breakfast buffet included. The hotel is located in a pretty convenient spot very close to a large shopping mall (Galeria Pacifica) and to Florida Ave. Its also within walking distance to Puerto Madero, Teatro Colon, the obelisk, Plaza de Mayo and Plaza de San Martin. It is a little bit older hotel, but if you are planning to spend most of your time out and about in the city it is conveniently located and the beds are fine.

Our most expensive hotel on our 2 week trip. Ambivalent staff. Hang up on requests for some drinking glasses. Worn out bearings on v noisy air con in room. WiFi didn't work. Soulless. Room tatty in places. Why 'Park Hotel '? Concrete View more like. Just didn't live up to any expectations. Look for better quality and value.

The hotel is very centrally located and features quiet, large and clean rooms with flat screen Tvs. Internet is free and fast. The bathrooms are showing their age a little, but are well appointed and clean. Breakfast was good. I am a solo female traveler and walked to lots of the attractions of BA from the hotel. A shopping mall and lots of eateries are very nearby.

We stayed two nights at this hotel prior to joining a cruise ship. It was clean and rooms were fine, more a 'business class' hotel than one you would stay in for a holiday. When a group of arrived, as pre-arranged we swamped the one Receptionist that was on duty. Rooms were clean and functional, it wasn't an especially good location, but near a shopping mall if that was what you wanted. One lift was problematic, but there was a safe in the room, which was very necessary for BA. Breakfast was adequate but not special.
