NH Cali Royal
2/5 Poor
"This hotel has seen better days. This was once the gem of Ciudad Jardin in Cali, but now it is really just a dingy old hotel. They had one person working at the peak hours of check in with several people in line. Once checked into the room, it was clear that hotel is not maintained. The tile floors had scratches, the polarized window film was crumbling off, there was rust on the shower curtain bar and towel bars, the bath tub valve did not work, the black out shade was stuck in place, the couch and sofa were like grandma's house in the 1980s, and the whole suite smelled of damp humidity (kind of like a wet dog). Also, although I did not use the TVs, these were the smallest TVs I think I have ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast was bad and the service was mediocre. There are some positives though: the bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel is great."
