Casa Poseidonia is a 45 square meter apartment located on the ground floor , perfect for those looking for practical and functional accommodation. The street-level position guarantees immediate access without architectural barriers, while the rooms have been designed to offer maximum comfort in a space optimized for four people.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom that ensures privacy and rest, followed by a bright and welcoming living area where there is a comfortable double sofa bed to accommodate two additional people and a television for moments of relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer , allowing you to prepare any type of meal in complete autonomy. A bathroom complete with all the necessary services completes the interior equipment.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during the hottest days, while the heating ensures a pleasant stay even in the coolest periods. The washing machine allows you to manage the laundry in total autonomy, making the stay even more practical for medium-term stays. Particular added value is represented by the terrace , a private outdoor area where you can relax in the open air and enjoy the Mediterranean climate in total tranquility.

Tourist tax:

Please note, at check time you will be asked to pay tourist tax according to Budoni City following rules:

March, April, May June, September and October: 0.50€ per day per person.
July and August 1.00€ per day per person.



No Tourist Tax shall be paid in the following cases:

Children under the age of 12
Stay in the months of January, February, November and December
Stay longer than 30 days

Requests for CheckIn in the morning or otherwise before 4:00 p.m. are subject to availability and an additional charge of €30.00 in May, June, September, October and €40.00 in July and August
LATE CHECK-IN
Check-in for arrivals between 10:00 p.m. and midnight is subject to a surcharge of €40.00 if done in person, it is free if done independently through the KeyBoxes present at our Welcome Point in Via Nazionale, corner Via Palermo 1 -Budoni (SS)
Check-in for arrivals after 24:00 is subject to a surcharge of € 50.00 if done in person, it is free if done independently through the KeyBoxes present at our Welcome Point in Via Nazionale, corner Via Palermo 1 -Budoni (SS)
LATE CHECK-OUT
Late check-out after 10:00 a.m. is subject to availability and an additional charge of €40 from January to May and from September to December. For the months of June, July and August of 70€.

Where not expressly stated, animals are allowed. An extra €20.00/night per pet and an extra cleaning fee of €50.00 per stay will be charged
EXTRA LINEN
upon request, additional linens will be provided in addition to those already included in the normal cleaning - The entire bedding set (top and bottom sheets + pillowcases), the entire bath set (small bidet sponge, medium face sponge and large shower sponge + shower mat will be provided), courtesy kit as the initial one. Cost: 30€/person.
