Have stayed he're many times, the staff are friendly and always helpful the rooms are clean and adequate size and for purpose. The breakfast meal is well cooked either Buffett style or if you have a preference a cooked to order available. The evening meals again are all well prepared and cooked although I found the choices a little restricted to one's own particular likes or preference a review of the menu with different choices more often would be welcome change.

There seems to be an attitude problem with the front desk staff, i witnessed for myself the way the check in clerk spoke to people. There was a problem on my arrival in that they didn't have a record of my booking despite me having a confirmation number issued by BW central reservations, i was told this was because they are a franchise (Haymaa Hotels i believe) and that BW central reservation didn't pass the booking number over, fair enough i suppose but no apology was offered and the double room i had booked was no longer available and i had to purchase a new twin room at a higher rate. This was addressed as i walked out to dinner when the clerk called me over to say the confirmation number had come through but no compensation or apology was offered. Food in the restaurant at dinner was actually quite good in the evning but i didn't try breakfast here. Small issue on check out with multiple receipts which for a business traveller causes more work when expensing. Tired hotel, with dated rooms and little atmosphere in the bar/restaurant area....i wouldn't stay here again, next time i will try Villiers Hotel in Buckingham town centre which looked fantastic.

The hotel was clean, location was quiet... spa, swimming pool for guest is included... free WiFi...massive king size bed....got a nice seating area... just no fridge inside the room as I’m expecting for a 4 star hotel...

Tv didn't work spoke to like piece of dirt by reception management didn't care about either charge 50 pounds deposit which doesn't say on best western website they blamed best western so check if you are booking bed was lovely comfortable shame tv and staff let down what otherwise would be lovely hotel

CHECK IN: Really great reception staff, v efficient check in. answered all our questions checked us in quickly and efficiently. RESTAURANAT & FOOD: I'm vegan its a tricky lifestyle especially when dining out. The restaurant did me a special Quinoa Dish without my even asking I was well impressed and very grateful. The dish was lovely. WE opted for a bottle of Rose wine and it was perfect not too sweet! In the mornign the bfast staff found me some plant based soy milk so I could stay vegan for b'fast, most heplful of them! My thanks to the bar staff and kitchen for their responsiveness. ROOM & SLEEPING: Beds were large and comfy, generous sized room, good shower TV, coffee/tea facilities etc. I slept really well. My colleague found her room cold we mentioned it late at night to the bar man, who rectified the issue immediately. Can't fault the place Would def stay again. OTHER: Would have loved to have tried the leisure club but didn't have time, didn't have time to try the wifi either I was too busy drinking the bottle of Rose wine! Thanks to the wonderful staff your service was truly excellent

Our room(23) was on the same floor as the reception. Clean spacious and a comfortable bed. No noise. We were welcomed at reception and offered help with our bags. Very helpful staff. On both the nights of our stay we ate in the hotel restaurant. Wonderful service and excellent meals. Breakfast was good and the eggs were fried to order. A slight hiccup on the pre paid breakfast was soon sorted and a reason and apology given. The swimming pool was small but fine for a leisurely swim. Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were well staffed and clean. The staff give this good hotel a tremendous atmosphere and service with a smile.

Decent rooms, with a comfortable bed. It's also fairly quiet if you have a room facing away from the main road. Check in/out was smooth and painless. My only criticism was the breakfast - it's not included in the room rate and for what you pay, it's nothing special.

Christmas day lunch out first time ever! Reasonably priced at £49.99 per person. Wasn't expecting much at that price. I admit I was wrong! Choice of starters. All covered by our party and all delicious. Main meal was carvery and meat was superb and plentiful as was veg and trimmings. Choice of puddings, all delicious and huge portions! All topped of with unlimited tea or coffee and mince pies. Superb value!! Staff all so lovely too. Very jolly and not at all grumpy having to work Xmas day. Xmas jumpers and reindeer antlers all round ☺. Well done all team !!! Superb day much enjoyed by whole family. Will be back next year.

Arrived late evening and on checking in to a corporate prepaid booking i am told that i have to either allow the hotel to preauthorise 50 on my credit card or i could go to a local cash point and give cash !! I refuse as i always do ..it’s a work booking prepaid I may not want to eat or drink here. I am told that the receptionist/duty manager cannot sign me in if i don’t comply ...told madam there is the door ! I almost feel sorry for the staff member but even my offer to sign something informing the general manager (who it appears cannot be contacted even in the event of a fire ! i ask that specific question when told he’s not available) ...eventually a colleague offers to put it on her card which she has reluctantly already agreed for them to swipe ...one thing for sure i will not be eating or drinking anything so am not sure what this hotel ownership achieved by this draconian and unfair policy ...😔

Stayed in hotel on room only basis. Stayed in room 5 which had views overlooking Car Park and main road. Never heard anything hat was loud enough to keep us awake. Lovely comfortable room and clean enough. Bathroom had bath and overbath shower. We were 5minutes away from Buckingham centre which was great as we were visiting family and weren’t too far away. Buckingham itself is a lovely place to visit. Lovely quaint town with lots of lovely wee shops and tea rooms. Very welcoming. Travelled to Milton Keynes and done some shopping in the centre. Shops were great there. Had a drink in the hotel on the Thursday night but it was very quiet. Didn’t eat there at all. Receptionist on check-in (can’t remember his name) was very helpful and welcoming.
