Typical, Charming with Chianti View at Marioli

Villa Marioli is an agritourism complex in the heart of Tuscany: a unique terrace overlooking the Chianti countryside.

The ancient buildings are located near Montebenichi (about 200 meters away), an ancient fortress of Siena in the Middle Ages.



It is an old farmhouse, part of the building dating back to the fifteenth century and in the 90s the building was completely renovated and the house is back to life.



The house is surrounded by several hectares of olive groves, producing a small amount of extra virgin olive oil. The bottles of oil can be purchased directly at the complex.



The complex consists of five apartments and each Apartment is completely independent with its own Solarium, BBQ, private entrance, parking place and shared Pool and Private Jacuzzi (Option). Free Wi-Fi



It is also very well placed to start day trips to the most beautiful and interesting areas of Tuscany and even Umbria.



La Loggia apartment has 2 + 1 beds.



The approximately 40 sqm apartment is located in the new building. A bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with kitchen.



Possibility to add 1 single bed in the bedroom or in the living room. The living room has a typical Tuscan fireplace, a dining table and a large sofa in front of the Smart Sat TV.

Un vrai coup de coeur, une vue extraordinaire et une très grande qualité des prestations

L'extérieur ainsi que l'intérieur de cette location sont absolument magnifiques , tout est pensé dans les moindres détails et d'une qualité irréprochable. Un charme fou. Comme la Toscane d'ailleurs. La propriété est superbe entourée d'oliviers et très bien entretenue. La vue est à couper le souffle sur les collines boisées, détente et calme absolu ! . La situation dans le Chianti permet de visiter et de rayonner sur toute cette superbe Toscane. A l'intérieur de la location on retrouve des matériaux nobles et des meubles authentiques d'autrefois. Tout est de très grande qualité, des voilages à la literie, mobilier de jardin... Notre hôte est charmant, disponible, parle plusieurs langues et de très bon conseil. Il faut si vous souhaitez visiter le Chianti vous arrêter dans ce lieu magique.
