Nice hotel, good breakfast. The room was quite small and the bathroom doesn't look very good: broken sink and rusty spotted shower. Room service was disappointing; the room service menu is very poor, very slow service. We waited an hour for a cold dish and they brought us something else(fruit plate instead of a salami plate!!!). Free parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is very good for business trips, but the rooms must be improved for a 4* hotel.
I have stayed 3 nights in a double room with beautiful view. Also ordered room service. All employees were nice and professional, all the areas in the hotel were clean, I liked a lot the wellness and the food was good. I recommend this hotel
Stayed 2 nights on a business trip. The staff were efficient and attentive and fabulous swimming pool and spa facilities. Great choice at breakfast. Car park is a bit busy but the hotel is busy. Lovely room, no complaints, would recommend and will definitely stay again
I stayed often in this hotel. For me it is the best hotel in Bucharest. Very suitable for a business trip and not only business.Always come back with pleasure. The staff was very nice. The rooms are very confortable and clean.
property is very nice and close to many amenities but not if you want to walk. Room was updated and staff was friendly. Nice indoor and outdoor pool with plenty of parking. Only stayed overnight but would of been happy to spend a few days there.
I arrived for 2 nights, check in wa ok, byt room was occupied by other petson :( . They did make a mistake. Finally finding my room, which was quite, but not clean as I expected. Bath was not disinfected in bathtubs I guess. Breakfast ok, nice pool, good location for business. Don’t 5 star hotel.
We stayed here 2 nights before taking a cruise on the Danube. This is a nice business hotel. It is clean, the staff is nice, everyone speaks English, the food is good. While it is NOT a downtown location, it is within a 15 minute walk to the Villages Museum that had taken original old houses from the countryside in all the regions of Romania. We spent several hours there and enjoyed it a great deal. The hotel was convenient for us given we had to join the river cruise group. Otherwise we would have stayed in Old Town at a smaller and perhaps more quaint hotel. But this hotel does deliver as promised;.
I was at the Ramada Bucharest with a tour group. I was only there for 1 day. However, I found the room to be nicely furnished, large, but lacking a view. Minor! The staff I encountered were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and large. Breakfast was in a large dining room with a huge selection of very good food. I wish the tour had stayed longer.
The rooms were reasonably comfortable and clean. There was nothing but a coffee machine in the "business lounge". The restaurants open late for breakfast and really give priority to big tourist groups and may even close the restaurant for them. Very far from the city. Far from being an executive hotel.
nice spacious rooms, not so soundproof though. this is the only thing that wasn't positive about hotel. great spa on ground floor with swimming pool indoor & outdoor, excellent breakfast, good location.
