The location is excellent and the suite is large, comfortable, and quiet. While the area outside is surrounded by nightlife, it is silent inside the suite. It is a short walk from public transportation and many sites. The staff are communicative and were very helpful in arranging airport pickup. I highly recommend Matisse Bucharest Old Town.

Amazing apartment with high ceilings andvery spacious. Little shop downstairs for bits and bobs central located. My apartment had also a balcony wich is nice to enjoy the coffee. Usually i stay at Hilton but this property is much better.

Fantastic apartment and well positioned to explore the old town and beyond thanks to the nearby metro station. Friendly and helpful staff and good communication. The area around can be a little noisy on a Saturday night but that’s to be expected given how close to the action it is. I believe there are rooms overlooking the courtyard which are quieter but it wasn’t a major issue for us. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: The property is nice and well located. The noise from the bars near is tolerable, especially with the fan turned on. Cons: Cleaning service - we were gone for a few days and nobody cleaned the room. We had to ask - minimal cleaning seems to be done otherwise like picking up the trash and supplies. Comfort - the bed in the bedroom is good but the couch in the living room is horrific... Facilities - water did not run properly and when it came it ran rusty for a bit Communication - No communication was sent out when the water was not running anymore Noise - Tolerable but may be an issue

Don't stay here if you want to sleep. There is a club a block away that blares music all night. The bass beat actually shakes the windows and bed and sleep is impossible. This was a Tuesday night. If you want sleep go somewhere else.

Absolutely loved the apartment we stayed in, luxuriously decorated with beautiful tall ceilings, I adored every single detail of decoration. The apartme t was exactly the one showed in the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked up and there is loads of storage. Very clean, I’m not sure if it was cleaned on a regular basis during out stay but anyway every time we needed something changed or cleaned a quick whatsapp message would sort it out. I would definitely recommend and I will stay here again every time I’m in Bucharest.
