Very poor experience. Would not recommend and would never return. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional—no greeting, bad attitude, and dismissive responses to basic questions. Breakfast and room were just okay, nothing special. Management clearly lacks proper training and supervision. I stayed at the same hotel chain in Dallas recently and had an excellent experience, which is why I chose this location. Unfortunately, this hotel was a huge disappointment. Front desk lady was the worst. What first impression for a customer. Maybe she was busy on her cell phone
