Unfortunately, when our free cancellation option expired, the hostess reduced our stay by one day and gave our arrival date to other guests. A proper refund for the cancelled night was not paid by her. The accommodation didn't quite match the pictures and was very dirty and noisy.Information about the surrounding area, internet access, etc. was not available or had to be requested upon arrival.And unfortunately, our departure day was a car-free Sunday, and we couldn't leave Brussels until the late evening. No information about that either.All in all: not recommended
