Nice and convenient location, 10 minutes walk from the European Commission. I specially appreciate the library, quite and cosy, where it is possible to work in a nice environment. Also the roof acces ofer a beautiful view on Brussels and place Jourdan, with the new monumental painting of the French artist Bottazzi

Sofitel Brussels Europe is my favourite hotel in Brussels. The location is perfect, if you work around the EU area. Otherwise e.g. the Grand Place area is not too far away. There is also a symphatic square (Place Jourdan) with lots of restaurants just in front front of the hotel. The staff in hotel is very friendly, rooms are quiet and the beds are supersoft. Good breakfast and no hazzle in front of check-in desk. In summer time you can find good deals!

It is a business hotel and excellent for that purpose. Hotel staff was super friendly, gave us detailed direction, map etc. and suggested fun things to do. But location-wise, it is a bit far away from touristy spots.

This hotel is in a superb location - a lovely square with lots of restaurants and close to all the EU offices. The decor and ambience are excellent and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The meeting facilities are top notch. Good breakfast also.

It was my second stay at the hotel, and once again, I was not disappointed. Excellent hotel with a suble and relaxed sense of luxury, as it should be. Efficient and helpful staff, beautiful rooms, and excellent services. Overall a beautiful hotel with a lovely taste.I was given an upgrade, to a lovely room on the top floor, with beautiful views over the adjacent park. My first choice when in Brussels.

Business lunch in a private room with impeccable service and delicious food. The table was beautifully laid with attention to detail even reflected in the choice of flowers. The standards at this hotel never fail to impress

Upon arrival a valet parked my car while I checked in. Turned out I had made a mistake with booking (booked for a week later) but this was resolved elegantly and efficiently. One can see a service culture at work here! A large terrace next to the elevators on the 7th floor offers an exceptional view of the city. The room was absolutely stunning with ample room to move in, lots of storage to hang ones clothes and a decent desk fr working, Lighting throughout the room are efficient and can be turned down for more atmosphere. The bed is absolutely gorgeous. The bathroom is fully equipped and has both anti-fog mirror as well as lit shaving mirror (nice!). Coffee and tea facilities are available. Breakfast was as complete as one could wish for with ample choice of warm and cold offerings including a few wonderful French cheeses and small glasses with various smoothies. Excellent coffee was served to order and newspapers were available in a wide selection of languages. Checkout was friendly and fast and staff offered to take my luggage down to my car - fantastic service and very much appreciated indeed. Another example of great service. I had a meeting around the corner at an EU institution but I chose to come back to the hotel for lunch as I saw the steak tartare on the room menu - one of the best I've ever had and quite reasonably priced! Last mention to the staff, literally every single person I interacted from concierge to waitress in the restaurant with was helpful, friendly without being slavish, and very service minded. The hotel management should be extremely proud of its team. This hotel certainly makes it to the top of my list whenever I have interactions with EU institutes.

Hotel is perfectly located near the EU Parliament, Parc du Cinquantenaire, and Schuman underground station through which you can be in a city center in 10 minutes. Rooms are well equipped, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is good (could be better). There are plenty of restaurant jut in front the hotel and Carrefour market. If I visited Brussels again definitely will book there

I spent 3 nights in the hotel during a firm conference. The hotel is situated very conveniently by the Place Jourdan, close to many interesting EU sites and parks suitable for running. Having a serving of cold water with fresh oranges and lemons at the reception was fantastic considering very high temperatures. Hotel rooms are large and modernly furnished, with very nice and bright bathrooms. Sleep quality is very good, with truly excellent beds, very good soundproofing from the outside, but "just enough" soundproofing from the inside. The conference center offers convenient facilities and good service. Lunches served were very good with a variety of cold and warm food to choose from, with staff attending to needs and removing plates whenever necessary.

The staff, quality of rooms, small luxury touches (toiletries, rain shower, robes etc.) are lovely. Staff were so helpful and friendly and could not do enough for you. The location is lovely - near EU commission but in a lovely square with nice restaurants and bars. Really impressed. Good value for money.
