Buena ubicación, mal servicio

Reserve una suite para 5 adultos. Se trata de un tercer piso sin ascensor y sin ventanas grandes, son tipo buhardilla. La habitación tenía hasta 6 camas más plegadas, algo que afea muchísimo y estorba a los huéspedes. Por otro lado, el frigorífico no enfría. Comunicamos la avería pero no nos lo han solucionado en los cuatro días que hemos estado alojados. La comida se puso mala y no nos dieron una solución. El último día, para hacer el check out, necesitábamos dejar el equipaje en consigna, y estaba cerrado. No nos cogían tampoco el móvil de contacto que nos habían dado. Nos fuimos y cuando regresamos a las 12, habían bloqueado el código de l habitación y no podíamos entrar a coger nuestro equipaje. Después de intentar contactar Fe varias formas, nos atendieron por teléfono y nos volvieron a dar un código nuevo. Fue un momento muy estresante que se podría haber evitado si nos hubieran atendido por la mañana temprano. En definitiva, la ubicación y las comodidades eran buenas, pero el trato y el servicio, no.

Deplorable

Je vous écris concernant mon séjour dans votre établissement. Je suis très déçue et mécontente des conditions d’accueil de la chambre 2 1. Outre l’absence de refill dans les thé et café que nous avons mentionné lors du checkout, nous nous sommes rendu compte que la bouteille du mini bar n’était pas scellée mais remplie d’eau du robinet. Je trouve cela déplorable de la part des clients précédents et ne compte pas payer pour leur ignominie et leur manque d’éducation. Le deposit demandé à l’arrivé n’a été mentionné dans aucun échange préalable. De plus je tiens à signaler que les clients occupant la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre non cessé de faire du bruit jusqu’à 23h passée et se faisait à nouveau entendre dès 7h le matin

L' accueil a été agréable. Nous avions la chambre au 2ème étage. Attention ⚠ pas d'ascenseur. La chambre vient d'être refaite à neuf donc très agréable avec une très belle baignoire dans la salle de bain. Par contre, pas de volets donc un peu de lumière dans la chambre due à l'enseigne de l'hôtel. Attention ⚠ au petit déjeuner dans la salle d'accueil sur 1 seule grande table.....Hôtel très bien situé.
