I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the hotel is clean, stylish, cute, perfectly modern beautifully designed and the restaurant and breakfast layout is magnificent. We really enjoyed our stay and special thank you to Jerelynn at the reception, she was helpful and accommodating to our needs upon arrival which helped our stay feel more welcoming and comfortable. I recommend this hotel for sure.

We stayed at the Mövenpick Brussels Airport (Zaventem) last week and I’ve given it two stars. The hotel is new, our room was clean and comfortable and the location is handy for the airport, though the shuttle is limited. The room was a bit dark, but that wouldn’t have been an issue on its own. The problems were service and noise. On the first night there was no bartender, as staff were tied up with a function, so getting a simple drink felt like we were in the way. On the second night, after a long business day, we came back to very loud music from an event. You could hear and feel it several floors down. At about 1:15am we called reception and were told it would go on for hours. We asked to move and were agreed, but our colleague next door was first told no. A staff member brought new key cards, but instead of just letting us sleep in quieter rooms we had to fully pack up and move all our luggage at 2am. The new rooms were quiet, which made it more frustrating that guests not at the function hadn’t been put there in the first place, or at least warned. At checkout I was asked to pay the city tax again, despite having paid it on arrival, and there were no notes about the move. When I asked for a reduction on the rate (over £100 a night) the receptionist said a manager would email me. Over a week later, nothing. The night staff were polite and tried to help, but planning, communication and follow-up from management were poor. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I picked this hotel for the "close to airport', a shuttle bus service, and dining on-site.To now find out the shuttle only operates in the morning and only in the evening. I arrived in the afternoon and therefore had to book a taxi. When I asked for the shuttle in the morning, I was now told the shuttle bus took a little over 35 minutes, because the shuttle had to pick up passengers from other hotels. This is an inconvenience when you just need to get to the airport for an early flight. In conclusion, again the hotel was actually farther than advertised, which required me to order a taxi upon arrival and upon check-out.The shower was lukewarm, and after a day of travel I would have preferred a nice hot shower. The on-site restaurant was closed for a private event, which would have been helpful to know in advance, especially since there were no other nearby dining options.

Very nice and clean. And the beds are soooo comfortable!!!! Friendly staff. I even gave them a pizza from my BOGO order. Heads up that you have to walk out to the road for the airport shuttle. We sat in the waiting area on the first floor and missed it bc we didn't know to walk to the street. When shuttle is not operating (hours are like 5am to 9am, not sure of the evening hours but think it stops at 10p), they'll get you a taxi free of charge.

This was a great choice to be close to the airport for my flight out of Brussels. Check in and out was very easy. The airport shuttle does wind around before you get to the terminal but it does get you there. The room was comfortable and the bed especially so. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent! Wonderful service. The breakfast buffet was plentiful but after the great dinner I was not especially hungry. I would absolutely stay there again.
