Terrible stay

The bathroom was from the fifties and I could barely take a shower in it. Instead of a shower, it was a really old bathtub, pretty horrendous. The room was cold, had no heating. A man just came wondering into my hotel room while I was sleeping and mumbled something about technician. When I tried explaining this to the clerk at the desk, he didn't understand a single word. The only words he knew to say was "Hi, thank you sir" and so on. He then proceeded to sigh at me which was pretty rude! Pretty terrible stay.

this hotel is located in a good location but needs renewing as everything is falling apart and stained. it's not dirty but it's old and falling apart.

Photos are nothing like the hotel is right now. Very, very old and poor facilities. Rooms not very clean. Just one lift that mainteinace staff uses, so you Can’t use at all. The área is not very nice. I wouldn’t even pay 40 euros for it. Definitely doesnt worth the 122 I paid. We changed hotel, even when we lost two paid Nights. Staff is not very helpful either. We forgot something that wasnt delivered when we asked for It!

My room stank of cigarettes. The bathroom fixtures were a disgrace. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly, the water that pooled in it was full of hairs and smelled awful. The room looked like it hadn't been decorated in 30 years.

Filthy and dilapidated facility. Torn drapes; old and filthy carpets worn out to the floor; broken bathroom faucets; flea infestation; loose stair steps and a shameless management advertising this place as a 4 star hotel. Shame on Expedia as well for allowing trusting clients to fall into this trap. Expedia helped me find another hotel at 4am but would not credit the first. We paid for 2 hotels simultaneously.
