Absolutely amazing! Patrick and Company were very accommodating. With changes and delays in flight travels, things became complicated. However, Patrick worked with me to ensure that there was a seamless arrival. The views as well as the accommodations were perfect. Exactly what I needed to do my job while I was on my trip 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This place is Brookings Deluxe! We loved our first night so much we re-booked for a second night. The property is well kept, so much attention to detail. You can tell they’ve put a lot of love into the place. The host is super charming, providing just the right amount of orientation/instruction and then respecting our privacy. Unbeatable views. Highly recommended :)

Unmatched coastal views, peaceful setting, and thoughtful extras

We only stayed one night while passing through but it was a highlight! This was one of the most memorable coastal stays we’ve had. The inside of the room is clean, comfortable, and well above standard—well maintained with everything you need and more —but it’s the views that truly make this place exceptional. Whether you’re outside admiring the flower garden or relaxing outdoors or indoors, the scenery is absolutely stunning.There are plenty of outdoor chairs thoughtfully placed for reading, sipping coffee, or simply soaking in the sun and ocean air. If it’s rainy or indoors is more your style, there’s a cozy little library area with a large picture window and ocean view—perfect for a quiet moment There are also many great restaurants nearby as well as a Fred Meyer a mile or less away. We had a small issue come up, and Patrick addressed it quickly and kindly, showing real care for the our experience. Overall, our Coastal Cliffs stay in Brookings, Oregon was peaceful, we felt well cared for, and loved all of the breathtaking views. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Everything about this place shouts northern coastline. Goods eats nearby. Tucked away. Cliffs edge outlook. Gated property. Loved watching the sunset with wrapped in our blankets the house provided. The manager was a hoot, in the best way possible.

Perfect Getaway

We had the best time staying at this property! The unit was so clean and had everything we needed for a short getaway. Patrick and Barbara were so kind and beyond helpful! Anything you needed they were just a text away. The viewpoints on the property were perfect for watching the stunning sunsets. We would love to come back someday to explore the area even more!

Cozy Gem

This unit is one of many offered by the host. This unit is not the closest to the ocean and doesn't offer any ocean views. A spectacular ocean view is accessible from the nearby deck. This unit does get some traffic noise from the highway during commuter hours, but the rental price reflects that, in my opinion. There are many other rooms with ocean views and quieter locations offered by the house, but not at the discount price of this one.

Lovely in Brookings

This is a beautiful property with jaw dropping views. It is very well equipped. We thought the layout was a bit awkward and the furniture in our unit was too big for the space but those things didn’t detract from our enjoyment of this lovely property.

Perfection!

The property is beautiful. Gorgeous gardens, stunning views of the Ocean. Patrick was there to show us around the property and let us in our room. The suite was very clean ( cleanest VRBO I’ve ever rented). It was stocked with everything we could want or need, robes, slippers, extra blankets, beach towels, cereal, hot cocoa , coffee. And stocked with things you may have forgotten to bring, toothbrush, floss, razor, sewing kit, etc. There were recommendations for places to eat and visit. Harris beach is a two minute drive away. The redwoods 30 minutes. We spent 5 days and wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Property, Kind Hosts but no Bathroom Sink

We rented the studio. It would have been okay except there is too much “stuff” in the room (making it feel smaller than it is) and I we really didn’t like having to brush our teeth or shave in the kitchen sink. Hosts are thoughtful and they stocked the mini kitchen with nice amenities but the entry where they are doing construction was uninviting and the sink thing was really upsetting. The property makes up for it though. Stunning, stunning views!! You can’t reach the beach though because of a property dispute. You’d really have to read between the lines to understand the disclosure on the beach and the sink when you are booking so just know that going in. Still enjoyed ourselves though!!
