The A-frame truly has it all. Outside, the boat will have a covered place to sleep and recharge after a day on the water. The outdoor space also offers a BBQ pit with gas and charcoal options. However, the true beauty of the A-frame is inside. Boasting exposed beams, copper water lines and electrical conduit throughout, its genuinely one of a kind. The open concept on the ground floor features a newly designed custom kitchen, dining table for 6 and space at the island for 4, opening to living area for relaxing and watching TV. The ground floor also offers 2 bedrooms with 5 beds and 2 full bathrooms. Upstairs there is a loft to relax or play games, or, if you must, a desk to get a little work done. You may just lose yourself in the master suite. There's a king bed and a luxurious bathroom your gonna want to tell everyone about. Enjoy a large walk in shower with 3 shower heads, or a 6 foot soaking tub. You're not gonna want to go home!!

Yes, upstairs was hot upon arrival, but by bedtime it was just perfect (this was in early June, so Aug may be a little different...). Other than that, I cannot say enough GREAT things about this house! 1) The aesthetic is way cool (THAT MASTER BATHROOM!?!); 2) The kitchen is STOCKED with a plethora of utensils, mixing bowls, pots & pans, dishes, glassware, etc.; 3) The beds were soooooo comfortable; 4) Friendly neighbors; 5) Quiet neighborhood. The.Perfect.Place for a "chick-trip" (such as ours), a relaxing, quiet getaway for two, or a full-blown family vacation! "Book it, Danno!!"

Beautiful and immaculate home in a quiet neighborhood. Hands down the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in (silverware, pots/pans, cutlery, appliances, towels, etc.) You name it, they had it. The host was quick to respond to any questions. The only reason I can't give this rental a 5 is because of the loft. The area was too hot to sleep in, even with the extra fans we brought. (It should be noted the daily highs were 100-105 during our stay.) The host states he will be installing a larger unit (mini split) upstairs which should solve the issue. We will definitely stay here again.
