The hot tub did not heat properly and smelled horrible until we put the mixture in the hut tub. Smoke detector battery was going off when we arrived, chairs by the pit were broken, hot water went out for 18 hours. Beds were comfortable, loved the game room and the creek.

As the title states- the location makes this place a winner! This cabin fit all of the needs of our family for our yearly vacation. With 12 of us total, we never felt crammed and had all the space to spread out. Having the little creek in the back to play in made the kids extra happy.
