Really clean overall. The playset is in good condition, and there were plenty of games provided for entertainment for the whole family. Kitchen had plenty of pots/pans and dishes and the appliances were in great condition. Communication and check in process were both excellent.

We had an amazing stay in this cabin! The back porch and all the outdoor games were so much fun. It’s located close to the main Hochatown restaurants and activities. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of items to cook a meal. We didn’t get to grill but the grills looked nice. I couldn’t drag my boys away from the foosball table! The host was quick with communication. You wouldn’t go wrong staying here!

Great New Year’s trip

We wanted a relaxing new year. The cabin was great and we really enjoyed the fire pit. Having a gas grill and a flattop grill also was great.

Stunning and Restful 4th of July

The cabin is beautiful, extremely quiet, and very relaxing. My wife, her brother and sister, and I enjoyed family time together celebrating Independence Day. The hot tub was my favorite part of the house. If you are looking to get away for the 4th of July weekend, the firework shows in town are the best! Highly recommend staying in this cabin!

Perfectly situated

This is a great, updated cabin hidden in the woods. Everything we needed was provided! We enjoyed the foosball table, the hillbilly golf and the horseshoe pit! Looking forward to a return!

Perfect Secluded Tree Therapy!

My Husband and I stayed at Deer Valley 11/10-11/12 and could not have asked for a more perfect cabin and location. It is literally down a winding dirt road at the end of a cul-de-sac (Make sure you drive a hearty vehicle or 4 Wheel Drive). It is literally tucked away within the forest. We loved watching the 10-12 Deer that came in at night (we brought thermal cameras). It is so dark and quiet at night. The property set up would be great for two couples and a few kids but my husband and I enjoyed it being just the two of us.. we needed to be tucked away and secluded from the world for a couple days. It is close to the 4Wheel Drive Trails, National Forest for Hiking, Restaurants, Ice Cream Shop etc.. The cabin itself is so lovely and clean, beds are super comfy, well stocked kitchen, and the patio and wrap around porch surrounded by trees was amazing! Rocking Chairs on the front porch drinking coffee in the morning, listening to the quiet sounds of nature with leaves gently falling was perfect! The hot tub is clean and well maintained and was a welcome location after a day of activities. Sipping a cabernet around sunset on the fabulous patio was also a highlight! After the sun goes down binge watching our favorite show snuggled up on the very comfy leather sofa was also something we looked forward to each night! We will definitely book Deer Valley again.. it was exactly what we needed to clear our heads and we got that with tree therapy!
