Apartment in Brixen near SkiWelt Lift

In the pleasant village of Brixen im Thale, next to the Sporthotel, you will find the "Residenz Edelalm", a small apartment complex built in 2016.

The cable car to the "SkiWelt" ski area is only a few minutes away. Here you can take the lift to the Westendorf ski area or on the other side to the High Brixen ski area.
The ski bus stops right outside the door. The "Tanzer" descent (1c) ends a few dozen meters from the flat. The railway station is a short distance away.

Flat Top 2 is located on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilet, as well as a separate additional toilet.
A large, sunny balcony with a sitting area runs along the entire back of the house (facing south!). The flat has its own room with a washing machine and dryer, and it is possible to store skis and ski boots.

Parking/charging station: Top 2 has 2 parking spaces, one of which is under a carport with its own charging station for electric cars. This can be used in consultation with the caretaker. Charging fees for electric or hybrid cars are always based on consumption and are calculated separately on the basis of Austrian prices.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr freundlicher professioneller Empfang, großzügiges Apartment, gute Ausstattung. Wir haben lediglich eine Sauna vermisst. Guter Service bei starkem Schneefall mit rascher Räumung.

Familien - Weihnachtsurlaub

Die Wohnung entsprach den Angaben des Inserats. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und außergewöhnlich. In der Küche fehlten uns ein paar größere Schüsseln, ansonsten war alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. In der Wohnung war es sehr warm, auch nachts, was sich nur durch Öffnen der Fenster regulieren ließ. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, nur wenige Meter bis zum Bäcker und auch zur Liftstation ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Der Skibus hält fast vor der Tür. Im Keller gibt es einen Skiraum. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung mit 7 Erwachsenen sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen! Wir würden die Wohnung nochmal buchen.

Ferienwohnung für 10 Personen?

Eine sehr schön aufgeteilte Ferienwohnung die aber nicht für 10 (Personen geeignet ist. Schlafmöglichkeiten sind zwar vorhanden aber die Kleidung muss zum großen Teil im Koffer bleiben , da keine unterbring Möglichkeit vorhanden ist. Kleiderschränke sucht Frau vergeblich. Die Durchfahrstraße geht direkt am Haus vorbei und ist im Kinderzimmer sehr laut zu hören. Ansonsten ist es eine top eingerichtete moderne Wohnung .
