The staff was super friendly at check in and during breakfast. We came friday night on our way through to high point and decided to drive back and stay here again Monday night because they were so good! Cookies at welcome and easy to work with if you needed a later check out.

Old hotel with dated rooms. Clean enough. Shower head weak and sputtery. Also, PLEASE, for your guests' sanity, change those extremely cool-white LED prison lights to warm bulbs. They are EVERYWHERE, in the bathroom and the bedroom. Staff were friendly though. Hot breakfast not he best but they had other options that weren't terrible.

For my first visit in October 2024, I reviewed that the bedding and bathroom were very clean, but the room was covered in dust…even where the clean towels were placed on a shelf. I did write that I was willing to give this property another try. For my second visit, I found the room and bedding to be clean and the room itself was not dusty! The microwave and frig were equally as clean. The room was devoid pet smells! The breakfast area was clean, well stocked, with the attendant busily cleaning and restocking items on the breakfast bars and coffee set up area. I was very happy with this visit. My only disappointment was still the pet walking area. It’s very limited with nothing but parking lot to extend beyond the hotel.

Definitely returning!!

We were greeted by two pleasant employees. Offered cookies but informed us warm cookies would be set out momentarily. Check in was fast, elevator close to checkin counter. That is important to those with difficulty walking. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Express checkout available. We will stay there every time we are in need of a room in that area. Really nice!

One night good, second night nit so good

The breakfast was excellent bith days. The first night was good; however, the second night was not. We had a connecting room, and the occupants if the adjoining room had the TV very loud until about 1:09 a.m. I did not sleep very well. Next time this happens, I will call the front desk.

Great stay

Service was friendly and fresh cookies are great. Breakfast was always clean ,well attended and stocked with good items and kept fresh. Attendeds were very friendly and attentive. Only discomforts were the mattresss being firm and water pressure about average for most hotels. Standard issues with most hotels. Overall pleased with stay and will stay there again.

Best breakfast on my trip!

The property is a bit older and it could benefit from new beds, however, they were still serviceable. The staff was delightful, rooms were clean, and the price was competitive. They have a very nice complimentary breakfast with many things to choose from. I will stay again... even if they don't upgrade the beds!
