The room was clean and the breakfast was nice. Love the chocolate chip cookies in the lobby. One of the days we stayed there was no WiFi, which was disappointing. All the staff we interacted with were wonderful except for one, Sherry. I had two interactions with her. She was curt and not welcoming at all! The second time, our room keys stopped working and I had to go to the front desk to get the situation resolved. She did not once apologize for the inconvenience or even look at me. Not the person I would want representing my company.

Front desk staff was very nice. Hotel was clean and had an upscale feel. Unfortunately, the room was a little small for two queen beds placed in an L configuration. Also on a warmer winter night, no way to cool the room down. Heat was on and even with thermostat turned way down, the room was still quite hot. The only way to cool the room was to open the window. Unfortunately, one window didn’t work. (to be fair this was well marked.) The biggest disappointment was the hotel breakfast. Given the upscale feel of the hotel, one would’ve hoped for at least some fresh baked goods or such. Nope. There was none of that, and very little else. Some Nutri-Grain bars, a few oranges, and a refrigerator with plain yogurt. This was really a very negative experience for what otherwise would have been a warm but pleasant stay. Honestly, it would’ve been better just not to serve anythingat all. Hotel location was excellent.

The room was perfect, except for the traffic noise all night. I usually put the HVAC fan setting to high, but was unable. When the fan shut off, I could hear the traffic noise all night. Room was excellent otherwise.

Clean room. Could be a thicker bed comforter. Had Keurig coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Breakfast was great. Waffle maker, cheese omlet, sausage patties, sausage and gravy biscuits, bottled water, besides the usual cereal, oatmeal, juice, milk, coffee, etc. we had a room on the front side of the hotel which is near the highway which was pretty noisy. Try and not get an odd number room. The lady working the kitchen was great. Nobody at the desk when we checked out.
