The staff were very courteous & the lady on reception responded straight away by supplying extra coat hangers when requested. There was an issue with the basin plug & some black and orange mould in the bathroom which we informed reception about on our departure & were assured would be looked into. Nice kitchen; a sponge for wiping down benches would be a good idea. Very convenient location & we appreciated the visitor parking facility.

As was an apartment would have been great if a few more basics were provided i.e. another sachet of dishwashing liquid, some more coffee pods and even small packets of salt and pepper so not everything had to be purchased especially for a short stay
