In the gorgeous complex you’ll find a tropical garden paradise, a heated swimming pool & spa, & a poolside area with BBQs & seating areas.
Our apartment has one generously sized master bedroom with a king size bed, featuring a brand new comfort top mattress and bedhead. The bedroom features a double mirrored door, built in closet. It has space for hanging, storage and shelving. The bedroom features two fully glass, window walls with blockout blinds. One side faces the river and garden and the other looks out onto the balcony.
The living space outside the master bedroom has a dining area with a round table and six chairs.
On the other side of the dining table is a tiled bathroom including a vanity, toilet and shower. Restock essentials are stored in the below sink cupboard. The shower has a hanging unit that holds shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Next to the front door is a laundry closet. Inside the double doors you’ll find a sink, washing machine and brand new dryer. Also in the laundry is the iron and ironing board, broom, dustpan and brush, vacuum cleaner and attachments, clothes airer and the Koh floor mop.
Opposite the laundry is the kitchen. The kitchen includes a pantry with basic essentials including cling wrap. Next to the pantry is a brand new fridge/freezer. You’ll find some basic condiments etc. in the fridge.
The kitchen includes a two-burner gas stove, convection /microwave oven, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, blender and an air fryer. You’ll also find the water filtration and purification system on the bench top.
The kitchen is fully stocked with glassware, cutlery, crockery, cookware and utensils. The bench that has the microwave on it, has a draw that contains ziplock bags, aluminium foil, baking paper and bin liners.
Next to the kitchen is the lounge area with single and 2 ½ seater leather recliners. There is also a side table that is between the two. On the table you’ll find the remotes for the TV and the air conditioning. This remote will work with both the living area and bedroom air conditioning units.
The lounge area also contains a bookshelf with a variety or reading materials, games and a brand new television. There is a glass sliding door that leads out to the fully closable balcony.
The balcony has a 2 ½ seater sofa, ottoman, coffee table, a range of indoor plants, and a bookshelf with further reading materials. The balcony has French style glass windows that can be fully or partially opened. You’ll get lovely river breezes through these.
The bedroom and lounge room both have ceiling fans that are controlled by a toggle switch on the wall inside each respective area.
Every room of the house has an air purification system in it. These unit are called Ambreezes.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an electric kettle, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
