Fully self contained studio in Guest House ( Promoted for long stay) - Fully air-conditioned - Close to Brisbane Airport, getaway, walk to entertainment centre and train station. - Half of house upstairs with private the balcony. - separate entrance - Next to cafe and shops - Free parking at boondall village (1 min short walk) or street parking. - king bed, single bed and sofa bed. (Sleep 4 people). - Private kitchenette/ bathroom. - WiFi - Smart TV (Netflix) - Downstairs -laundry $5/washing. Fully self contained studio ( half of the house upstairs, sharing half of the deck-all private space) Private entrance through external stairs. It has kitchenette ( stove, air fryer, toaster, rice maker, bar fridge, pots and pans.) Private bathroom ( shower and toilet) Split system aircon. Spa and sauna is extra cost, NOT included in the room fee. Guests enjoy 30% OFF discount. Laundry is located in the yard, $5/ per washing, please leave money in the jug located in the laundry. Sauna and Spa is extra cost, NOT included in room rate. Please contact lisa for booking. I work at downstairs zen bodywork wellness clinic. If you need anything, I am here to help. Will respect your privacy, but if you like to meet me, I am just here downstairs. family area, parks around, safe and quiet place, close to Boondall train station 30mins direct to city. Bus to Chermside Westfield. short drive to Sandgate Beach, walking along waterfront, long pier, fishing, very relaxing. parking at boondall village next to the house. plenty of street parking. or parking at the property on request for $10/day. Sue's corner shopping complex. Brisbane entertainment Center for shows. Taigum square shopping centre. NOT bed and breakfast. So no hot breakfast included. The cafe is just next door. If extra bed needed, please request beforehand, I will prepare portable single bed.

Very clean and tidy.Communication was lacking. Did not know how to get into room. Did not have code to get keys. Said there was a washing machine and dryer - again poor Communication about where washing machine was and also no dryer available. Ended up needing to go to laundromat which was fine but would have bern good to know prior. Minimal parking but that was clear in the description of the property.
