Dockside Kangaroo Point exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything we needed. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and included all the facilities we could ask for – from a refreshing pool to a stunning view of the river. What set this stay apart, though, was the exceptional service. Mark communicated proactively with us, made us feel welcome and gave us lots of practical tips to ensure our experience was excellent.

We stayed at this Hotel recently in a 2 bedroom apartment. When we arrived we were greeted with warmth and kindness from the front desk attendee. Appologies I forgot his name, but that man is a great asset to the hotel business and deserves some recognition for his 5 star customer service. Bravo. The pool was clean and the rooms quiet and comfortable. Absolutely faultless. We also loved the access port right outside the door too, so convenient. Recommend this place to others.

We booked a 2 bedroom my hubby and our 4 kids. The kids enjoyed the pools, the fact that we had the ferry dock literally at the back of the hotel building that left every 15min to go to town was amazing! We took kids to the Wheel of Brisbane only 50cents on the ferry which is awesome for a big fam and dont need to pay for the insane parking at the city. The 2 bedroom was lovely however it has its wear and tear. The queen bed was small for our 6ft 5 hubby and son but comfortable. Thankyou Mark for the friendly service and excellent customer service! Also if you have a truck thats high over 2.3m just fyi book in advance so they have a spot for you. Mark and his colleague were great making sure we had a parking as there’s only 3 for high cars and its $15 a day. Other than that, beautiful view and beautiful perfect place for a family.
