Easy access to the CBD by the ferrys for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant, cafe, bottle shop and small supermarket in the square. Safe parking. Apartment clean and comfortable with river view. Although WIFI is free, accessibility in my apartment on the fourth floor was non existent!! Very bad service from their provider.

Comfortable spacious and clean with great views of the Brisbane river. Has everything that you may need including full laundry with washing machine dryer etc. don't understand one breakfast voucher when three staying. Jump on the city hopper ferry to get to shopping in Brisbane. Lovely grounds and for walking along the river. Only complaint was the free wi fi. Could connect but kept dropping out, so wasn't able to use it while we were there. Would definitely stay there again though.

Prior to booking our apartment we were shown a very modern apartment on the top level and was assured that will be the room we will get when we came back 5 days later. When we returned back we were allocated apartment 1111 that was very dated and could not receive wifi which was disappointing and as we were only here for two nights no problem. Suggest when you checkin, view your room for quality before signing. This room was comfortable and clean, But! very dated. We will stay again,

We shared a 2 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor. Very spacious and a great view of the Brisbane river from our balcony. Enjoyed a special rate due to the BMW Nationals being held there. Our interstate visitors were all impressed with the quality of the accommodation there.. 😁😁

We stayed here for a wedding a few weeks ago - that was convienent as it was at the same venue. Great grounds, right by the ferry terminal. For $165 Australian a night you get one free breakfast voucher, regardless if two people are staying. Breakfast is continental (Not hot) and good enough to get you started in the morning. We were happy that there was gluten free rice bubbles. The rooms are spacious, come with really good utensils, oven, kettle, washing machine, dryer. It is a good space if you want to live in, while not being at home. Yes, as others have said, the rooms are a little tired, but it's fine! I think that they are fitted with everything you need! Would totally stay here again. The only tricky thing, if you need access to other floors. Your card only lets the elevator take you to your floor, seemed a bit of a hassle to get it open to other floors, but I guess this is a security thing. Make sure you mention this when you check in, if you need other floor access.

The apartment we stayed in was a good size and was clean, the location is very convenient and it does represent reasonable value for money but.... These apartments are old, they need a good refurbishment. the lighting was appalling in the one we stayed in, dim and dismal, especially in the huge bathroom. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work which caused steaming up after a shower but also probably contributed to the mould growth on the grout in the shower. The shower was good with lots of VERY hot water but the bath, manky old shower curtain and loose tiling was pretty ordinary. We were also without hot water one day whilst repairs were carried out and the only notification of this was a note stuck up in the lift. The staffing was minimal, only one person on reception when we went there and no answer when we tried to call down to reception. We needed to call reception because although there was a full kitchen the one time we tried to cook in it we found the extractor did not work here either. Within minutes of cooking the smoke detector in the apartment went off, luckily we stopped it ourselves but were not impressed not to be able to call reception for assistance. The kitchen was poorly equipped with cooking utensils so do not imagine much cooking is possible. Additional services were disappointing - $10 a night extra charge for car parking which was not on site, "free wifi" was capped at 200mb a day so useless for anything other than the old email and with the breakfast vouchers for the Cove Restaurant provided free for one person each day which we made the mistake of using once, do not bother - toast, cornflakes and tinned fruit with feeble coffee and a cup cake (sic) surrounded by fag end son the patio floor

Stayed for our wedding anniversary with a couple of friends. The hotel was full of drunk wedding reception people, loud music and when we complained the staff couldn't care less - they reckoned it has nothing to do with them! Apartment was old and nothing to do or see in the area - need transport.

The location is very quite and you do need to get a taxi or the boat over to more lively parts of Brisbane. Hotel a little old but for the price we paid it was fine. Wouldn't rave about it but it did the job.

Website said complimentary continental breakfast. We rented a two bedroom unit, expecting complimentary breakfast for 4 persons. We received one voucher for breakfast and each additional voucher was $10. Parking was reasonable. Great view from room, and convenient location for ferry. Only 1 store close by.

Just spent 4 nights in a Standard 2 bedroom apartment. While the room was clean, quiet and comfortable, it was looking rather tired and in need of a refurbishment. I think the bathroom and kitchen would be the originals, i.e. blue ceramic toilets and washbasin! Location was good, with the free City Hopper Ferry service out the front door. This service was handy to get around to the city area, including Southbank, and easy access to restaurants. Overall the apartments are in a nice quiet area, with a cafe, Asian restaurant, Bottle Shop and convenience store nearby. Price is reasonable for this size unit in close proximity to Brisbane CBD right on the river.
