I stayed for 2 days and there was no hot water at any time in the 3 rooms I was given. Not even at quiet times (2am, 4am, 1pm, etc.).
This couldn’t be resolved as it seemed there were no management or maintenance staff available or on site, only a single receptionist that didn’t have any understanding of the issue and who couldn’t leave the desk.
There were a few other minor issues, like very limited soundproofing, dirty dishes, and car parking complications.
This apartment hotel is otherwise modern with good rooms and facilities, so could be a nice place to stay, dependent on which room you get. But if you do have complications expect to walk back and forth between the 3 buildings to talk to the receptionist. The call centre booking staff will not assist with any onsite issues.
