Very tidy apartment and hotel, super convenient location but the thing we noticed the most was the AMAZING service. Literally everyone we dealt with (e.g. front desk, gents at the pool) went out of their way. Super happy with this place - will def stay again.

Room was spacious & clean. Great location to the Music Hall. Staff were very helpful & easy check in. A male cleaner was very helpful when office was unattended. We will definitely stay again when we return to Brisbane. Thank you

We stayed there as we had a gig in fortitude valley music hall, so it’s a short walk from there and very close to the train station. There are two towers so if you come from the train station you need to get to the other tower. They do send you a detailed text to get to the office. The room itself could be better. All first world problems like air con only in the lounge room and none in the bedroom. The most uncomfortable couch ever. Soap in the sink of the bathroom but none in the shower itself. And all pillows are exactly the same. All big and fat pillows, when I want a flat pillow which they don’t have. There’s also a weird way to watch T.V even. As I said all first world problems but enough to make you not want to stay there again. The apartment itself is clean and modern and conveniently located to where we needed to go.

The apartment was fine. There was a huge crack in the balcony glass door. Bit grotty in the bathrooms. Some of the furniture seemed cheap and flimsy. The bedhead in the main room was not attached to the wall. And as a first word problem, there wasn't any other coffee options other than instant.

The property was neat, had all the amenities required for my stay and staff was helpful. The area is around alot of shops, bus stop to center and main train station. The city is also a walkable distance from the property.

I booked this property predominantly for the washer and dryer - unfortunately, no washing powder provided, and as I checked in after hours, there was no response to the concierge service. Needed to source from a store late at night, which was costly. Room was nice and spacious, clean.

Lovely apartment close to public transport

Really lovely apartment close to a myriad of public transport options. Lots of options for eating within walking distance or really easy to get into Brisbane CBD. Strong recommend
