Staff were excellent. Polite, helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and tidy. Not sure how soundproof they really are as when the next room took a shower is sounded like it was in our room and we could also hear water running in the ceiling when someone flushed the toilet

5* staff - nothing was too much trouble and they made our stay a great stay 😍 3* room - standard basic room, everything you need but bathroom was tired looking but a big plus was everything was really clean but the laminate floor was cold under foot but nothing a pair of sicks couldnt fix 😘

Room walls were wafer thin. I could hear everything that the adjacent occupants were doing, their footfall every time they went to the toilet, had showers etc right through the night so I hardly got any sleep.

Need more than 1 pillow per person, face and hand towels needed (only provided bath towels to dry body), better hanging capacity to dry towels - there were only 2 hooks very close together, towels were always damp. We prefer to save energy and water - reuse towels when possible. The bed was not comfortable (Only had a 4" foam mattress) hard to sleep. The electric outlet for phone & tablet far from bedside. I had to get out of bed in the morning to shut off phone alarm. No fridge and the room is not equipped well for 2 people. Only 5 hangers total, multiple cubbies, not suitable for items that require pressing. Only room for 1 luggage, the other was on the floor. The counter area in toilet room is very narrow, it was difficult for 2 people to share. On the plus side: friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast selections and great location - close to train, shops and grocery.

Excellent location. A few minutes from the station and about 10 minutes from the seafront. Clean room, comfortable bed and good shower. Good buffet breakfast. Pre-booked is slightly cheaper. The staff were very helpful and the reception always seemed to be open! Parking is not too far away, not hotel-owned, it is expensive, but that’s Brighton!

The room we had was so welcoming. We slept like baby's in our bed witch was soooo Comfortable. We was on the 7th floor and the view was unexpected being a little way from the beach. Beautiful view of Brighton. Then to top it off .. The breakfast was top notch thank you
