Recently refurbished 3 beautiful large bedrooms. A nice bath shower room. A garden to bbq if the weather is good. Nice large lounge and dining room. Perfect for a few days away. Nice quite neighbourhood yet one train station from Brighton 3 minutes from Brighton by train. 3 minutes walk to the house. 3 minutes walk to bus stop only £2 to catch a bus into Brighton. Or £10 by cab. 5 minutes walk to Preston Park. 20 minutes walk to Sea front.

Great clean flat in a lovely area.

What a lovely flat, very clean, easy check in and out, new appliances and furniture all round. 100% would stay here again.
